About Wayne
Wayne specializes in ranches, vineyards and land in the beautiful Central Coast area of
California. There is a special knowledge required for the successful sale or purchase of
acreage properties and Wayne has that knowledge. Of course if you are buying or
selling a home in town Wayne will also give you superior customer service beyond your
expectations.
Licensed Realtor Wayne Lewis has loved San Luis Obispo County since he was in
college. "A Bachelors and Masters degree later and I can't think of anywhere else I'd
rather live. An added bonus of working on the Central Coast comes in seeing other
families realize their dreams in this beautiful part of the world." When it comes to real
estate, my first commitment is to be honest and ethical. Second, I am always adding to
